Automatic lift of sample warping machine

We have 3 types sample warping machine HRD-838, HRD-848 and HRD-858. As we know before, HRD-838 and HRD-848 share one size beam, their beam is smaller, the empty weight just around 4kg. The beam size of HRD-858 is bigger, the empty weight is 5.7kg, can warp maximum 4.5kg, total weight is around 10kg after warped. It’s heavy, then need to use automatic lift to load and unload the beam.

What’s the structure of automatic list to support the beam?

Because the shape of beam is like cylinder. According to the machine parts and usage, our engineer design the shape of automatic list is two strong cylinder metal bars. One metal bar on each side. Two metal bars are parallel. There is a suitable distance between them to support and catch the beam tightly.

From the above you have known the structure of automatic lift, following we introduce the automatic lift how to work. Automatic lift is pneumatic control by the rocker type switch on the touch screen. After the beam is warped, operate the button to load and unload the beam. Direction switch “UP”,”DOWN”,”RETREAT”,”ENTER”, operation details as below:

A. “UP”: when switch turned to this direction, automatically rises. Automatically reset when released, stop rising, and also will automatically stop when rises to the upper limit.

“DOWN”: when switch turned to this direction, automatically descends. Automatically reset when released, stop descending, and also will automatically stop when descend to the lower limit.

“RETREAT”: in the “pneumatic close” state, the operation is invalid. In the “pneumatic open” state, the operation is valid after 2 seconds switch turned to this direction. Pls note that, when operate this, make sure the automatic lift rises to the upper limit.

“ENTER”: in the “pneumatic open” state, when turned to this direction, clamp cylindar moves forward.
