Automatic tape winding machine also called packing machine, can help to let the untidy tape winding evenly and neatly onto paper tube or plastic tube.

The tapes produced by needle loom or high speed braiding machine normal are in a mess. Automatic tape winding machine not only help to let the tape winding on bobbins orderly, most important thing that is caculate the tape length of each bobbin accurately. It’s accurate length counting, after you set the roll length of each bobbin, the machine will automatic cut the tape when reach to the setting length, and then automatic reloading a new bobbin and restart rolling. So it’s automatic quantity control, can see the production output conveniently.

Currently normal used bobbin is as below, the maximum diameter is 150mm, the maximum length is 200 mm, other sizes need to customized.
