Because our yarn winding machine is multifunctional automatic machine, no need people stand by to operate manually, just put bobbins to bobbin chute, then the machine can automatic load and unload bobbins.
What’s the material of bobbin chute?
The material of bobbin chute is aluminum, the shape is like tunnel, two aluminum blocks on either side, fixed by two crossed small aluminum blocks and screws.
What’s the size of bobbin can used for the bobbin chute?
As we know, currently the bobbins for our machine, maximum bobbin size is 310mm, mininmum bobbin size is 50mm. We can agjust our machines to match different bobbins., the bobbin chute is flexible, can match all these sizes bobbins to use. But popular used sizes are 90 serie and 130 serie, so normal the width of bobbin chute is 142mm. You can send us your bobbin size or send bobbin sample directly, then we can adjust the wdith of bobbin chute to put corresponding bobbins. Normal the length is fixed, the length can be customized to attend.
