How to use the HRD-858 Samples Warping Machine

Using sample warping machine is divided into four steps.which is plug power, thread yarn, connection, adjusting parameters and start the machine.

Method

1. Plug power and then turn on the power switch to start the machine.

2. Put the yarn to be wound on the yarn rack.Firstly, thread the desired yarn through the hydraulic tensioner. Secondly, through the yarn breaker.

3. Extend the thread threaded on the creel into the machine.Thirdly, go through the yarn passer. Fourthly, pass through the yarn splitting plate. Finally, hang the thread and tie it on the beam.

4. Firstly, connect the ventilation pipe to the inside of the machine and then connect the two model wires of the assembled creel to the machine.

5. Set the “Yarn No”, the “Warping section No”, the type of yarn, and the thickness of the yarn according to the actual needs. After setting the above four parameters, click reset and then click start.
