Support creel of sample warping machine

Because sample warping machine HRD-848 and HRD-858 maximum can warp 8 yarns, if 8 yarns in, need to use 8 rolls yarn cones, then use support creel to let all big yarn cones neat and orderly on the creel.

How many positions in the support creel?

There are 9 positions in the support creel, total 3 layers, each layer 3 positions. Because machine maximum can warp 8 yarns, support creel full used is 8 position. The one more position is for spare.

Each creel together with a yarn pressure, also called yarn tensioner, and a yarn broken device be fixed on the support creel. Now let’s add the yarn and start process of the whole work.The steps are as below.

1. Put the yarn cones on the creel, each yarn cone put on one position. Put one to eight rolls yarn cones is ok. The yarns can be different colors, for example, 8 rolls yarn cones, yarns can be 8 colors, just depend on your sample or small order used.

2. The yarns from yarn cones pass through the yarn pressure, and then pass through the yarn broken device, finally pass to the machine main body, warp on the beam. Can adjust the length of each sectional yarn, of cause also depend on sample or small order used. Each time can get maximum 200 sectional yarns.
