Adjustment of the distance can be achieved by shifting the gear carrier forward or backward one or several gears. If the precise adjustment distance cannot be achieved by moving one tooth, fine-tuning can be performed according to the following steps: Loosen the five fixing screws on the inner gear ring. Since the through hole is elliptical, the sliding frame can be fine-tuned by moving the inner gear ring. Tighten the screws after adjusting in place. Place the rest of the sliding frames evenly on the sliding ring track. If the swing height of the braided wire is different after the new swing rod is installed, it should be adjusted so that all the swing rods have the same stopping point.

There are many failures in the improper use of the braiding machine during the making process:

1. Warp yarn tension control: The warp yarn is inconsistent in the opening to the maximum height and the length of the heald. Since the glass fiber basically does not stretch, it is necessary to select an appropriate warp yarn tension control system such as a grinding disc tensioner to control the yarn tension.

2. The complete edge structure of the fabric: the shuttle loom structure is adopted; the weft tension control is the key point.

3. The thickness and width of the fabric: Considering the influence of thickness in the beating-up process, it is necessary to ensure that the opening is clear, and the height of the shuttle must be fully reserved.
