Yarn break protection device and alarm system of yarn winding machine

It is possible that the yarn winding machine will break the yarn during the working process, why does the yarn break? What is the reason ?

1. When the winding machine runs at high speed, the speed is too fast, which will cause yarn breakage.

2. Excessive yarn pressing force will cause yarn breakage. The finer the yarn, the smaller the pressing force should be, and the winding machine should run at a slower speed.

3. If the quality of the yarn is not good enough, it will cause yarn breakage. The quality of the yarn on the market is uneven, so pay attention when purchasing.

The yarn break protection device of our yarn winding machine has 12 positions and 16 positions, 818 and 819 series are 12 positions, and 826, 828, 829 series are 16 positions.

The hole on the yarn breaking device is made of ceramics. Why is it ceramics ? Why not aluminum, stainless steel or other metals? Because ceramics can ensure that the yarn will not be damaged during the winding process. When the yarn breakage occurs, the yarn breakage device will immediately transmit the information to the PLC, and the PLC will order the winding machine to stop running after receiving the yarn breakage signals, and at the same time transmit the signal to the alarm system. After the alarm system receives the signal, the light will be on to remind the operator, the operator will reconnect the yarn, and then adjust the yarn pressing force and running speed, and the winding work will continue after starting the machine.

Usually one operator can control dozens of yarn winding machines at the same time. When a fault occurs, the alarm system on the winding machine will remind the operator in time, and they can respond quickly after seeing the alarm light be red, so that the factories only needs a small number of operators, reduce labor costs.
