How to use the HRD-826 yarn winding machine

Concerning using yarn winding machine HRD-826, there are four steps, which is Plug in power, Thread yarn to the machine, Add the bobbin, Setting parameters and running the machine.

Method

1. Plug in power and turn on the Power switch.

2. Here the thread yarn steps as below pictures. Yarn pass through the yarn presser, yarn breaker, yarn counting roller and finally to the yarn combiner into the machine.

3. Putting the bobbin to the aluminum slot. Each side can contain 15 bobbins. You can place box under the bobbin head to catch bobbin.

4. Click Enter enter system and set parameters by touch screen. Two sides are individual running, so both sides should be set by reality. The last step is to press the run button.
