Warper beam for sample and small order warping machine

From size, material, feature and function of warper beam, different machines will have small differences. Now we introduce normal used warper beam according to these differences.

What’s the size of warper beam for sample and big order machine? What’s the material of warper beam?

1. As you know, we have 3 types sectional warping machine for sample and small orders. There are two sizes beam for warper machine, a bigger size for machine HRD-858 and a smaller size share for HRD-848 and HRD-838. The bigger beam size is outer diameter 365mm x outer length 305mm, the smaller beam size is outer diameter 300mm x outer length 295mm.

2. Big order split yarn warper beam size normal is outer diameter 355mm x length 255mm.

3. Warper beam for sample and small order machine material is aluminum and plastic. Warper beam for big order material is aluminum, no plastic then can be warper more yarns.

Except the size and material, warper beam also has other more features as below. The bigger size beam empty weight is around 5.7kg, one job maximun can warp 4.5kg, after warping, the weight of beam with yarn is more than 10kg. It’s heavy. Then our engineer designed automatic lift to auxiliary used of heavy beam. When make machine, our engineer will take a full consideration of safety and saving labor&time. For machine HRD-858, after finish one job, the beam will be unloaded, and loaded another beam for a new job. Air pipe pneumatic control to finish the whole work of unloading, loading and clamping the beam tightly, ensure machine running safely.

The smaller size beam empty weight is around 4kg, one job maximun can warp 2.5kg, total around 6.5kg. The weight is not heavy for a worker to take away manually. For machine HRD-848 and HRD-838, after finish one job, worker can unload and load the beam easily. The machine don’t need to add automatic lift, then can save cost. So the price of HRD-848 and HRD-838 will be cheaper than HRD-858. Different features and funtions, different prices. It’s good for you to select which type according to usage.

We have recommended size, material, feature and function of warper beam. There is one advantage of sample beam warper need to be highlighted. The main advantage of sample beam warper is that one time you can get 200 yarns with different colors. Because HRD-858 and HRD-848 one time maximun can 8 yarns in, it means one time maximun can 8 colors. You can set the length as requirment.
