Some raw material yarns are no joints, if the finished product need to used the yarn with joints, then can use air nozzle device to make joints, also call screening and spraing.
What’s the difference between yarn with joints and without joints?
The yarns without joints are loose, as the first picture showed. The yarns with joints mean that the yarns have netting dots, around 80 joints in 1 meter, they are stronger, as the second picture showed.
Air nozzle device makes joints, also call intermingled. Currently we have 4 types machines have air nozzle device, can intermingle yarns. Sectional warp machines model HRD-858, HRD-848 and HRD-838 have air nozzle, split yarn machine HRD-839 also has air nozzle.
Why the machines have air nozzle device?
As you know, machines HRD-858, HRD-848, HRD-838 and HRD-839 are auxiliary machines of ribbon loom, needle loom and jacquard loom, to make sample and small order. This means use less quantity yarn material. When your finished product need to use the yarn with joints, but the yarn vendors no existing yarn, and small quantity yarn added joints will have extra cost, then the air nozzle works.
Sometimes air nozzle is important, following we introduce the running of air nozzle.
How does air nozzle work?
Let the yarn without joints through the air nozzle, connect machine with air pipe, pneumatic control air nozzle, start the machine, air nozzle starts working, automatic makes joints in high speed, then you can yarn with joints. Air nozzle is fast and easy to solve the problem of yarns without joints.
