How to use the HRD-823 Fully-Automatic Tape Winding Machine

Operating a tape winding machine involves four steps: plugging in power, threading tape, setting parameters and starting the machine.

Electricity, Air pressure, Tapes or ropes, Paper tubes

Method

1. Plugging in power

Insert the power plug, and then turn on the "Power".

2. Threading tape and placing the paper tubes

The following pictures show the complete process of threading the tape in detail. Place the tape that requires winding on the box.Then place the paper tubes on the holder.The holder maximum can hold 6 paper tubes.

3. Setting parameters and starting the machine

The first step is to set parameters on the control panel of touchscreen.The second step is to press the "Start" button. The machine will then start running to wind. After winding, the tape is cut with scissors. You can be ready for a box to receive the finished products.The finished products are shown in the following picture.

Note that this machine uses scissors to cut the tape. Pls be careful of that it may hurt your hands.
