How to use the HRD-839 Pulling Yarn Machine

Operating a pulling yarn machine involves four steps: plugging in power, threading the yarn, setting parameters and starting the machine.

Electricity, Paper tube, Yarn cone

Method

1. Plugging in power and then turning on the power switch to start the machine

2. Threading the yarn and adding the paper tubes

The following pictures illustrates the specific yarn threading procedure. Place the yarn cone that requires winding on the floor. Then, pass the yarn through the ceramic eyelet on the creel, proceed through the yarn presser and yarn broken device on the creel, and finally guide it through the yarn closer to be wound onto the bobbin.

The chute can hold up to 10 paper tubes.Please prepare a carton to receive the finished product. The receiving chute allows the finished product to slide into the carton.

3. Setting parameters and starting the machine

The first step is to set the system parameters. The second step is to press the green "Run" button.Then the machine will start running. The finished product is shown in the following pictures.
