How to use the HRD-878 Cord Knitting Machine

Operating a cord knitting machine involves four steps: plugging in power, threading the yarn, setting parameters and starting the machine.

2. Threading the yarn

Need to use two yarns. Polyester and spandex.Place the yarn cones onto the yarn creel.The yarn passing through yarn presser and yarn broken divice. The second yarn uses the same method.

Firstly, thread the two yarns together into the collecting hole and then through the middle hole of the needle.

Secondly, using a crochet hook from the bottom of the needle head to the top of the needle head, crochet the two yarns together and thread under the needle head and pull the yarn out.

Thirdly, turn the needle manually to ensure that each needle catches the yarns. The braided cords will be automatically reeled into the beams.

3. Setting parameters and starting the machine

The first step is to set the "Parameters Settings" of six machines. The second step is to set the "Meter Count" of each machine.

Then start green button run needle head and fix the yarn to roller. The panel is used to adjust the output speed of the rope.
