How to use the HRD-848 Sample Warping Machine

Operating a sample warping machine involves four steps: plugging in power, threading the yarn, setting parameters and starting the machine.

Method

1. Plugging in power and then turning on the power switch to start the machine.

2. Threading the yarn

Put the yarn to be wound on the yarn rack.This warping machine can thread up to 2 yarns and 15 sections of yarn with different colors.

Firstly, thread the desired yarn through the hydraulic tensioner.

Secondly, through the yarn breaker. Extend the thread threaded on the creel into the machine.

Thirdly, go through the yarn passer.

Fourthly, pass through the yarn splitting plate.

Finally, hang the thread and tie it on the beam.

3. Setting parameters and starting the machine

The first step is to press the "Reset" button. The machine will not operate without resetting first. The second step is to set the system parameters and the "Warp specification".

When the warping is completed, you need to turn off the "Pneumatic" first, then step on the pedal, and the beam can be taken out normally.
