Operating a yarn cleaning machine involves four steps: plugging in power, adding the bobbins, starting the machine and taking out the waste yarn.

Method

1. Plugging in power

Insert the power plug, then turn on the power switch.

2. Adding the bobbins and winding the yarn

Add the yarn bobbin after kniting the ropes onto the machine. Then wind the yarn onto the reel to better clean up the waste yarn. The yarn cleaning machine can accommodate up to 26 bobbins of different sizes.

3. Starting the machine

Press the start button and the machine will start running. You can adjust the speed using the speed knob on the left. Turning clockwise increases the speed. Turning counterclockwise decreases the speed. If want the machine to stop running quickly, press the emergency stop button. If want the machine to resume operation, just turn the emergency stop button. The finished product is shown in the following pictures. The bobbins that have been cleaned of waste yarn can be reused in the winding machine.

Note that when the machine is running, it is forbidden to touch it, as high speed operation may cause injury to people. Pls cut off the power supply when repairing the equipment.

4. Taking out the waste yarn

Remove the waste yarn wrapped around the reel from the bottom to the top after all the waste yarn on the bobbins have been cleaned.
